Power-up sequence Because of USB status (Suspend and Resume), Both the the computer and the USB device it's being connected to should be shut down completely BEFORE making all the connections. The USB devices and the transmitter module it's connected to must both be powered up and running BEFORE the computer is booted up. Otherwise, the USB device's driver in the computer will not be loaded, and the devices will not connect. In case the USB device's driver shows can not Identify the Device or shows "Unknown Device", please unplug and plug the receiver module.
