These have a 'huge' amount of fiber in them - twelve grams in a single bar, which approaches half the recommended total you should get per day. They aren't super sweet, but on the other hand they aren't filled with sugar-alcohols which can wreak havoc on the digestion. They do have some regular sucrose in them but it's not a lot; the rest of the sweetness comes from the natural ingredients. I buy two boxes a month so I can have one a day, along with other higher-fiber foods.They are an exceptionally convenient way to ensure you stay on the positive side of healthy fiber intake. The downside is that they are expensive - I spend more than fifty dollars a month - using subscribe and save - just to have one a day. But - EVERYTHING is expensive these days, thanks to inflation. I consider it a wise investment in my overall health.
