Fiber is not a sexy ingredient but we all need more of it! This goes into so many things well with out adding flavor or texture. A soluble fiber which dissolves into my cold brew or warm lattes perfectly. 1/8 a cup a day has been great for prebiotic benefits.It actually is what it says it is! There’s ZERO flavor and ZERO texture! I mix one tablespoon with cold water and you know what it tastes like? Just cold water! My mind is blown because I’ve never had a fiber supplement that was so easy to add to my diet. But I wanted a smaller bottle for traveling these are essential the same product but cost less from Costco. The product has no flavor so I drop it in my coffee two scoops and never notice it. It has no taste and does not coagulate and my coffee tast delicious as usual. My colon and digestive system are very happy!!!This works very quickly and solved my problem within a day. Will continue to use once a day to maintain bowel health.I have been using Benefiber On The Go for several years. It dissolved fast and couldn't even tell it was in whatever liquid I used.Decided to buy the small container due to lower price. It's not the same. After mixing with liquid, there are small chunks in the bottom of the glass that take at least 15 minutes to dissolve. It also has a slight slimy consistency.Been using for 2 days and so far it isn't helping the IBS like it was with the packets.Will go back to packets. Hope they haven't changed because they were the only thing that helped.At first it works well but then This product makes you dependent on it.so addictive do not use this productProduct is good but supply is vvvvvvv bad.
