Adults and children 12 years of age and older may take 1 rounded tablespoon at a time of this fiber powder, up to three times daily, and children ages 6 to 11 years may take 2.5 level teaspoons up to three times daily. Simply add the appropriate dose of this water soluble fiber powder to at least 8 ounces of water or juice, stir briskly and drink promptly. I recently stumbled upon this product after having little to no help with any other pill liquid or powder for irregularity. Most people with ibs have trouble finding the right thing that works and what works for some doesn't work for all. This has to be the most gentle and natural product I've ever used and I tend to see results in about 2 days when taken three times a day. The downside with this type of fibre is spacing your medications out so it doesn't affect their use, it also seems to turn the other function a nice shade of yellow. But it tastes great and is super easy to use. Stay on top of your hydration with this especially if your in a very hot place because It pulls all moisture to the intestines and you may feel dehydrated. I have switched to sugar free tho because theirs way to many calories in this one. If you've had no luck with the other products on the market like this give it a go.
