The low-dust ceramic formula brake pads are reinforced with carbon fibers to strengthen the compound. They are dust free, noise-free, and give you increased braking power without sacrificing everyday drivability. The rotors are cast using the finest G3000 metallurgy with strict OE tolerances - making them a perfect, bolt-on upgrade without the need to make any modifications. Precision drill holes allow for maximum rotor cooling. This keeps your brakes temperatures down during extreme operating conditions. Rounded slots help wipe away any gas or debris - keeping a clear contact patch on the rotor surface for safe, smooth braking. I used this kit in our 2001 Toyota Avalon and was great having everything needed in this kit. Some brakes come with clips, some come with the caliper grease, and was always seemed to be missing something when installing brakes. We have over 360,000 miles on this car and this was the easiest rear brake job I've done on it. This is the first time I used the slotted and drilled rotors, and its been over a month with no problems. They seem like a better rotor than what I have been using. I will be looking at Power Stop brake kits in the future for my next brake jobs. They also have powdered coat calipers. but I didn't need them this time!
