I’ve always liked the Advocare cleanse and was looking forward to doing it again but I never received it and couldn’t get a refund.Really great product! I have done it several times right before I wanted to get back into the whole eating better thing everybody is always talking about. Peaches & Cream is by far the best tasting one around and the pills are rather easy to take. Following the timeline and when to take everything is rather straight forward. Probably the easiest cleanse to follow, just remember to not include any coffee and stay away from those taunting sweets. It's only 10 days, YOU CAN DO IT! Even though it's not really meant to make you lose weight, it could potentially help you lose some in preparation of eating healthier again. I highly recommend this cleanse to anybody wanting to start eating healthy and as a way to boost your metabolism to a healthier way of living. The price is good on here as well, comparable to other resources.i lost 13 pounds after my 1st cleanse phase.. which was GREAT ....until i reached max phase... i gained 7 of those pounds back...but the cleanse worked good, the peaches and cream was pretty yummy tasting :) kinda tasted like the left over juice in peaches and cream oatmealand dont let the name cleanse scare you, it doesnt make u run to the bathroom all day :)Peaches & cream actually tastes great. I didn't think I'd lose much weight due to the sugar in it. I am a fit person, work out 4days a week and eat well. I lost 9 lbs in 10 days, It has been about 2 weeks since the cleanse and I have gained 3 lbs back which I expected, I assume some was water weight. I will continue to do this every 4-6 mos I think.I'm on day 5 and so far so good. I've noticed a lot of water weight being lost. The only thing I wasn't happy about..I spent 10 dollars more for the Peach flavor and was sent Unflavored instead. Although it's not bad, I would have preferred the peach.This is my third time doing the Advocare cleanse. It's my favorite one for sure. It's gentle enough to not make you run for the bathroom every five minutes, but still detoxifying your body. It's going to stay my favorite cleanse. I don't think I will ever need to bother trying another because Advocare is just an amazing product.
